This is a Phoenix vacform kit. The V19 was developed late in WW1 as a spotter aircraft, capable of being carried dismantled on a submarine. A remarkably clean design for its time, some sources say it had stressed skin. It could be taken apart for stowage in 15 minutes and erected in 30.

Steve,

You will need to upload the pictures to a host site like 'photobucket' and use the links from there to post the photos.

Or email them to me and I can host them if you are having problems, I will PM my email address.

Cheers

Pete

Thanks Pete, I managed to work it out at the same time you replied. It was the [img][/img] that fooled me.

Steve,

Superb model of a plane I'd never heard of before. I don't know if its just me but there is something very 'Wallace and Grommet' about the look, but like you say very clean lines for a monoplane when biplanes were the norm.

Thanks for sharing.
