Greetings from Lancashire!
I'm Gaz and I'm a seaplane-oholic!
I suddenly realised after a few months of a re-started modelling hobby,
that most of my "stash" consisted of seaplanes or flying boats! I had thought
that WW2 fighters were my main interest, but water-based aviation seems to
have crept up on me. The rest of my stash is mostly Naval Aviation stuff as
well. As I say, no conscious decision to go for seaplanes, just happened that
way! I'm an IPMS member, and will join Splash SIG ASAP.
I've currently got a Toko 1/72 Hansa-Brandenburg W.29 on the go, for the
Great War GB on BritModeller, nearly finished, will post a piccy when it's done-
if you promise not to laugh at my modelling "skills"!
On the shelf, I also have Revell's Dornier Do24T, Airfix's Vought Kingfisher, and
an anonymous Russian 1/72 Spitfire Floatplane. Am I beyond help?

Hi Gaz, good to see you here.

Your Hansa-Brandenburg W29 looked great, it's an interesting plane isn't it? I'm desperate to get one in 1/48, but the Flashback kit is rarer than the proverbial...

Probably do a Gavia 1/48 Albatros W4 for my first build on here, looks like a lovely kit in the box!
